1) The Hook

Does it pop?   Have you hooked your audience's interest within the first few sentences or paragraphs?

2)  Make It Easy

Once the audience is snagged, is it easy for them to follow along?
[No excessive, clunky, wording, complicated descriptions, uninteresting main characters, etc.]

3) Feeding the Line

Is there a proper amount of tension or slack in your story? Do not bore your audience with a well written, but distracting or non-existent lure to get to the ending of the book.

4) Reeling them into a Strong Ending

Does your story bind up to a satisfying end?  Does the audience feel like their time was well spent reading your book?
